Christy Pardieck

Christy Pardieck’s legal practice includes the defense of claims involving premises liability, restaurant liability, construction liability, construction defect, product liability, automobile negligence, insurance coverage issues, and medical malpractice. Prior to joining Pennington P.A. in 2008, Christy spent several years working at a small local law firm that specialized in insurance defense. She also practiced administrative law and prosecuted cases with The State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, and the State of Michigan Office of the Attorney General. Christy attended law school at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, and obtained an undergraduate degree in History from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois, where she was active in student activities and governance, including service as the Panhellenic Association President her junior year. 

Christy is licensed to practice in Florida, Georgia, and Illinois, and is admitted to practice in all Federal Courts in the State of Florida. Florida Trend Magazine named Christy as one of the top up and coming attorneys in Florida in 2009. Christy is passionate about personal liberties and civil rights, and is particularly interested in the rights of children. She has served as a pro bono attorney and appointed guardian representing the rights of children in the dependency court system for the State of Florida, and currently sits on the board of directors for Children’s Home Society, North Central Division. Christy is currently serving as Pennington's Secretary.
