Chad B. Hess

Chad represents clients in civil litigation throughout North Florida and the Panhandle. He focuses his practice on cases involving product and pharmaceutical liability, medical malpractice, construction defects, and business torts. He enjoys helping clients in technically complex disputes, where a steady hand on the determinative issues is critical to success. A native Floridian, Chad broadened his horizons after law school and practiced in Washington, D.C., where he represented clients in mass tort, products liability, and civil rights cases, and in South Carolina, where he practiced in general civil litigation. He returned home to Florida in 2004.

Chad received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Flagler College (St. Augustine, Florida) in 1996. He was awarded the degree of Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law (St. Petersburg, Florida) in 1999. Chad is admitted to practice in all Florida and South Carolina state courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and the District of South Carolina.

Chad resides in Tallahassee with his wife and twin sons. He and his family are active members of St. Peter’s Anglican Church, where Chad has served in a variety of lay ministries over the years. He enjoys travel, photography, cooking, and all things old fashioned.
