Andre Sesler’s legal practice focuses on the defense of claims involving premises liability, automobile negligence, property damage, and insurance coverage issues. His practice includes the representation of national auto, homeowners, and commercial property insurance companies.
Andre attended the University of Florida College of Law on scholarship. Following his first year of law school, Andre served as a summer law clerk for Federal Judge Elizabeth Kovachevich (former Chief Judge) of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. During the summer of his second year of law school, he served as a summer associate in the South Florida offices of a large full-service firm. Also during law school, Andre was elected President of Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity and was the recipient of numerous Dean’s List honors.
Prior to joining Pennington P.A., Andre spent several years working in the insurance defense groups of two large firms in their South and Central Florida offices. Andre is a member of The Florida Bar-Young Lawyers Division, Hillsborough County Bar Association, and American Bar Association. Andre is licensed to practice law in Florida and has been admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida and in the U.S. Court of Appeals for Eleventh Circuit.
Andre serves on the Board of Directors of the local YMCA and resides in Tampa with his wife and their two daughters. He enjoys running, weightlifting, and participating in all team sports.
