The Pennington team includes former Senior Management Regulators and Legislative Director /Cabinet Affairs staff.

These former regulators have years of experience directing and overseeing licensing, ratemaking, financial examinations, market investigations, and liquidation of insurance companies and insurance agencies. Their experience also extends to the regulation of banks, extended warranty companies and other entities subject to State governmental oversight.    

Former Legislative Director/Cabinet Affairs staff on the team were directly responsible for the review and recommendations to Cabinet members on legal and policy matters including environmental permits, natural resource protection, education policy, and administrative oversight of governmental agencies. Legislative Director duties included direct responsibility for lobbying the Governor’s program through the Legislature and policy advisement on all current matters involving the Legislature.
